NSS
National Service Scheme (NSS) Activities
The College Actively conducts various National Service Scheme (NSS) activities within the campus and in the surrounding community to promote social responsibility, leadership, and community engagement among students. Regular activities such as campus cleanliness drives, tree plantation programs, health awareness campaigns, blood donation camps, environmental conservation initiatives, and community outreach programs are organized under the guidance of the NSS Committee.
These activities provide students with opportunities to serve society while developing qualities such as teamwork, discipline, empathy, and civic responsibility. Students enthusiastically participate in NSS programs and contribute towards creating awareness on important social, environmental, and health-related issues.
The college also encourages participation in NSS activities at university, district, state, and national levels. Through these initiatives, students gain practical exposure to community service and develop a sense of commitment towards nation-building.
The primary objective of NSS activities is to foster social awareness, community participation, leadership skills, teamwork, and a spirit of selfless service among students, thereby contributing to their holistic development.
